Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how BB Class App ("the Application"), operated by MSH Finance, handles data. The Application is an internal tool used to categorize QuickBooks Online transactions by class.

The Application accesses QuickBooks Online data — including classes, transactions, and related accounting records — solely to read and update transaction classifications on behalf of the authorized account owner. Data is accessed via Intuit's official API using OAuth authentication. The Application does not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Data accessed is used only for the stated categorization purpose and is not retained beyond what is necessary to perform that function. Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the Application from within QuickBooks Online. Because this is an internal tool not offered to the public, no data is collected from external end users.
